Detailed Description

Contract JSON (rig.* keys) to host POD import report.

Clears the ECS and writes floor rigComponent PODs, including CUi*. Domain codecs (CModLfo / CCad* / ...) apply when their data pack filed them. Property values live on entities (GetProperties). Report rows name what arrived - they are not a second property store. Modulators advance via SModulators (Update), not a free-function tick.
